We’re often asked to give a “ballpark quote” over the phone. The difficulty with giving a ballpark quote is that there are many variables that go into pricing an interior space. Each room is unique. Along with the walls and ceilings, moldings, doors, and windows are taken into consideration. Of course, the size of the room is important but so is the ceiling height. A room with a 10 foot ceiling needs more time to complete compared to a room with an 8 foot ceiling.

One of the biggest factors in determining the price is the level of prep needed. Water damage, drywall cracks/holes, and caulking gaps will impact the price. Other work such as wallpaper removal, applying bold colors, or accent walls affect pricing as well. Here are a few examples for prices of interior rooms of different sizes.
