Home Works Painting is excited to host our first annual Paint-It-Forward program this year. We are asking our local community to submit nominations for persons, families, or nonprofit organizations who are in need of INTERIOR painting/drywall repair/carpentry but can’t afford it due to some difficulties in life that they may have experienced. We will accept nominations until 11:59pm EST on November 15th, 2016. After all of the entries are submitted, the Home Works Painting team will select the most deserving candidate and announce the winner soon after. The recipient will receive up to $5,000 worth of FREE painting services.
If you know of a family, school, or other nonprofit organizations in our Northern Virginia service area in need of a fresh coat of paint that can’t afford it, please submit their information in the Nominee Info form below. You can also send in your stories, pictures, and supporting materials post-marked no later than November 15th, 2016 to Home Works Painting at 14620 Flint Lee Rd. #B Chantilly, VA 20151.
Paint-It-Forward was started in 2005 by Josh Abramson, owner of ALLBRiGHT Painting in the Los Angeles area, as a way to give back to his local community. Since completing their first Paint-It-Forward event over 10 years ago, and now with other painting contractors joining the movement, the combined efforts over the years have reached a goal of over $1,000,000 worth of free painting services and materials delivered to deserving families and nonprofits that are in need of painting services, but can’t afford them.
